If you’re incorporated, we can take care of your bookkeeping as well as the tax filings so that you can focus on building your business.

And if you’re a clinic owner, we will take the time to understand your billing system and clinic operations to ensure accuracy in the bookkeeping. Also, if you plan to sell your business in the future, we could explore the possibility to setup or reorganize your company structure so that your sales proceeds could potentially be tax-free (subject to the lifetime capital gains exemption limit).
